The Bodrum Cup Set for Its 38th Edition in October

The Bodrum Cup will return this October for its 38th edition, with the 2026 programme set to run from 19–24 October across the waters of Bodrum and the surrounding Aegean coast.

The programme will begin with the opening ceremony on 19 October, followed by five days of racing from 20–24 October.

The fleet will race through Bodrum, Knidos, Ortakent and Yalıkavak, bringing together boats competing in different categories alongside the traditional Turkish wooden yachts that remain at the heart of The Bodrum Cup.

The STS Bodrum School Ship, the 36-metre training vessel used for maritime education since 2010, will also feature prominently in this year’s event.

The 38th edition also marks Süleyman Uysal’s 10th year as Chairman of The Bodrum Cup Organising Committee.

After 38 years, The Bodrum Cup continues to bring together yacht racing, traditional wooden boats and the maritime heritage of the Aegean.
